Cash Back & Rewards Apps

As the holidays come around, I know we're all looking for a little extra spending money! One of my favorite ways to do this is by using rewards and cash back apps. They’re super easy to use and make the most of everyday shopping—if I’m already spending, I might as well get a little back, right? 

How It Works 

Each app I use is a little different, but for most of them, all you have to do is upload your receipts. (Pro tip: most apps don’t accept receipts over two weeks old, so stay on top of those uploads!) Some apps even offer points for completing surveys, playing games, or other small tasks. You can then redeem your points for rewards or cash back.

With a few apps I just started using, I haven’t accumulated much yet, but with the ones I’ve been on for a while, I’ve racked up some serious cash. For example, on Rakuten alone, I’ve earned over $300 in lifetime cash back!  

Why It’s Worth It 

Times are tough, so I’ll take every bit of extra help I can get. Especially when I have to shop anyway, why not use these apps?
